Home to Chicago Journeymen Plumbers’ Local Union 130, the building centers on the M. Bailey Auditorium. Inside, the architecture carries through detailed woodwork, stairways, and a balcony overlooking the space. Gatherings split between an 800-seat Main Hall and a 250-seat Lower Hall dining area arranged around an antique wooden built-in bar with its own seating.
