Built in 1912, the venue operates as a membership collective of theatre artists and enthusiasts. The interior features a classic Broadway-style design, though scaled down so there are virtually no bad seats. That close-quarters layout comes with a few structural quirks, such as sound carrying between performance spaces during quiet moments. Visitors should also note that the downstairs bathrooms are not accessible.
