Set inside a former antique cash register store, Platt Park Brewing Co. was shaped directly by the crew that runs it, from the physical taproom buildout to the brewing program. The draft list leans into beers with unique flavor profiles, backed by food prepared in-house through the Gates Deli kitchen. Out front along South Pearl, the sidewalk patio doubles as a neighborhood perch where visitors can watch local dogs stroll past throughout the day.
