Description
The coffee lineup centers on the top 1% of specialty Arabica beans, small-batch roasted to anchor the menu. Daily batches of iced coffee are prepared using a cold-drip process pioneered over 40 years ago by founder Phyllis Jordan to protect flavor and strength, with that same concentrate mixed into frozen beverages. For orders that go beyond sweet bakes, the counter also pours organic teas and prepares breakfast sandwiches alongside traditional hot drinks.
