Description
The 10-inch Neapolitan pies are prepped from scratch, emerging from the wood-fire oven with a crust that is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Beyond pizzas like the heavily topped wild mushroom, the kitchen turns out salads, homemade panna cotta, and massive Italian sandwiches built on bread fresh out of the oven. With no indoor seating and only a couple of standing-height tables, this is a fast-moving, grab-and-go operation.
