Born in 2020 from an effort to create pizza that travels excellently while tasting fresh out of the oven, the Ilima Award-winning kitchen serves its pies by the slice or whole. Along with beer, wine, and spirits, the bar pours pizza pairings like shots of Fernet-Branca, fitting casual pau hana drinks just as easily as an entire evening out.
