Pick Two to Four New York Museums on One Pass

A pick-your-own museum pass for Manhattan, built around reservations you lock in before you go.

Pick your museums, starting with MoMA.

Every museum on this pass runs on reservations. You buy the pass, then book each museum separately inside the Klook app, and every booking carries a fixed date. Once that date is set it cannot be moved.

That decides who the pass fits. Someone drifting into the Museum of Modern Art on a rainy Tuesday has to stop and reserve a slot first. Someone who already knows they want three large museums spread across a week can set the whole week in one sitting.

The pass comes in three sizes: two museums, three, or four. Each size is priced per person, with separate adult, youth and child rates. The youth band runs 13 to 17 and the child band runs 7 to 12.

Klook lists up to nine choices behind the pass and states that the lineup can change. The package screen is the only current list. The three showing on it today are the Museum of Modern Art, the American Museum of Natural History and the 9/11 Memorial Museum.

Booking Each Museum Is Its Own Step

Buying the pass gets you into nothing on its own. Each museum needs a separate reservation afterward, and popular dates run out. Thye, writing in April 2025 after a two-museum pass at the Museum of Broadway and MoMA, put the timing plainly: "Don't buy it on the day you want to use, buy it at least one day before."

The reservation is not always the last step either. The American Museum of Natural History tells pass holders directly that add-on exhibition times must be reserved at a ticket desk upon arrival, and a reviewer in August 2026 found that same counter queue waiting with a booked slot already in hand.

What Shows on the List Today

The three museums Klook confirms right now sit far apart on the map and far apart in mood. MoMA is on West 53rd Street in Midtown. The American Museum of Natural History faces Central Park at 79th Street, with the blue whale model hanging over the Hall of Ocean Life and the fossil halls a few floors above. The 9/11 Memorial Museum is downtown at 180 Greenwich Street, mostly below ground between the memorial pools.

Their calendars do not match either. The 9/11 Memorial Museum runs Wednesday through Monday and stays shut most Tuesdays, and it asks visitors to plan on 45 to 90 minutes inside. Two large museums in one day is already a full day.

Where the Pass Costs You Time

Two patterns repeat across the reviews. The first is a slot list narrower than the museum's own calendar. A traveler booking in May 2025 found the Intrepid Museum offering only times after 4:00 PM through this pass, which rules out a morning on the carrier. The second is that the slot list is not always right. A reviewer in June 2025 reported bookable times that turned out to be wrong on the day.

Neither one breaks the pass. Both change the order you should book in. Reserve the museum with the tightest slots first, then build the rest of the week around it.

Two, Three, or Four

The tier decision is really a decision about days. Two museums fit a weekend without strain. Three wants a long weekend. Four wants most of a week. Every museum needs its own reserved date and no two can share a slot.

Group size works differently. One pass covers a group you name at checkout, and you book on behalf of each person afterward. Tickets are not transferable, and the names on each booking have to match who walks in.

📍 The pin marks the Museum of Modern Art on West 53rd Street. It is one of the choices. This pass has no meeting point at all, and everything happens in the Klook app first, then at each museum's own door.

The clock runs twice. You have 60 days from confirmation to make the first booking, which activates the pass, and 90 days from that first booking to use the rest.

  • Refund available before the first booking, while the pass is still inside its activation window
  • No refund once the pass has expired or any ticket has been used
  • Each museum can be booked once per pass
  • Booked dates and time slots cannot be changed afterward

Book the museum you most want to see first. The rest of the week arranges itself around that one date, and MoMA runs until 8:30 PM on Fridays if one of them is going to be an evening.
