Smoked salmon on waffles adds a savory option beside sandwiches, while coffee and juices generally win people over. Hours begin at 8:00 AM daily, with closing at 12:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 1:00 AM Friday and Saturday. Expect possible waits during busy periods.

BRASS brings classic French dishes and an intimate drinks setting inside Evelyn Hotel. The restaurant sits at 7 E 27th Street. Duck and steak tartare share the menu with fluffy bread rolls reminiscent of Japanese milk bread. The Tusk Bar offers a dirty blue cheese martini and a horse collar martini served with an oyster. Live piano music adds a musical thread. Service runs daily, Monday through Sunday, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
