A welcoming mixed-gender slow-pitch league in West Philadelphia that pairs spirited play with local charity work.
Description
Founded in 2012, PALS organizes four leagues with games on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at the Mill Creek Recreation Center (Tiffany Fletcher Rec Center). Weekly play balances on-field competition with broader community efforts, backing charitable initiatives both locally and internationally through its 501(c)(3) arm, Change Up Sports. Participation is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
