Description
Across 330 acres once owned and operated by Max and Minnie Voelcker, the park supports walking and biking trails alongside educational programs. Among the paths is the route to Phil's Tree, constructed in 2014 as an 80th birthday gift for former mayor Phil Hardberger from his wife and daughter.
