Founded in 2006 by Houston native Mike, Phánh Ký has expanded from Bellaire across Katy and Tomball while keeping its foundation in Vietnamese and regional Southeast Asian cooking. Beyond the family-recipe noodle bowls, the kitchen prepares dishes like tender, well-seasoned Bò Lúc Lắc (Shaking Beef) served with roasted garlic and a bright vinaigrette salad. Plates come out quickly in generous portions, supported by attentive table service that readily accommodates families, down to small scissors offered to snip long strands for younger diners.
