Description

Landscape architect Robert Perron shaped the park, named after Portland co-founder Francis Pettygrove. A concrete block fountain brings calming water beside shaded seating areas. The grounds also feature 'The Dreamer'—Manuel Izquierdo's 1979 Muntz bronze sculpture of a reclining woman, installed by the Portland Development Commission.
