Founded by Kyoko, Petite Sakura operates primarily as a custom and online-order bakery with scheduled pickups rather than a conventional walk-in shop. The kitchen turns out small-batch buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and dessert boards alongside confections like brookies, pumpkin whoopie pies, and bite-sized meringues.
Beyond bespoke orders for weddings and celebrations, its treats also surface across Boston through occasional event pop-ups and partner shelves at Trove on Tremont and DeLuca's Market.
