Description

Founded in 1910 by Cornell-trained James Peterson, the farm began with crops, Jersey dairy cows, and chickens, with Peterson delivering milk, cream, and eggs by horse-drawn buggy to Wahiawa and Schofield Barracks. The dairy operation phased out in the 1940s to focus solely on eggs. After Peterson passed the farm to his sons in the 1950s, flock sizes expanded to supply restaurants and home kitchens across the island, backed by a longstanding reputation for extremely fresh eggs and friendly service.
