4.3 (925)bar
$10.00 – $40.00
An apothecary-style Ballard bar pairing house tinctures and custom cocktails with hearty Southern-Creole fare.
Description

The space draws on Ballard history: Percy Sankey opened The Ballard Bar here in 1898, later operating as Percy’s Men’s Furnishing in front while keeping the back door open during Prohibition. Restored in 2013 by Jeff Ofelt and Wade Weigel, the room backs its cocktail list with Southern-Creole cooking, turning out flavorful, moist fried chicken and a fried chicken Caesar salad built to share. Out back sits a heated patio, with a strict no minors door policy.
