Peoria Artisan Brewery & Gastropub

The family-, veteran-, and woman-owned operation traces its roots to a 2012 Litchfield taproom. Brewing centers on a 5-barrel brewery that supplies 20 rotating taps, balancing their own batches with guest pours, cider, and house-made NA root beer. Executive Chef Michael Mahalick oversees the kitchen, rounded out by craft cocktails, weekday Hoppy Hour, and Sunday brunch.
