Peñasquitos Creek Park

Near Camino Del Sur and Park Village Road, the park serves as a convenient staging area for Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve. An information kiosk designates the trailhead and provides regional park information, leading out toward access points to the surrounding natural canyon and creek environments. For those continuing outward, the adjacent open space features rugged terrain that is home to rattlesnakes, poison oak, and mountain lions.
