Founded by Eddy Tsui, the restaurant was among Northern Virginia’s earliest dining rooms dedicated to Peking duck. Beyond the signature fowl, the kitchen focuses on classic Northern Chinese cooking using traditional techniques, turning out handmade dumplings and noodles alongside fresh vegetables sourced from the family farm in Purcellville, Virginia. The tables are set for sharing, accompanied by a curated cocktail selection and traditional Chinese teas.
