Peak Performance Holistic Therapies

Opened in 1992 as the first therapeutic massage establishment in the Ocean Beach and Point Loma area, Peak Performance is guided by director Danae Koolen alongside certified, state-licensed practitioners with over 30 years of combined experience.

While hands-on bodywork focuses on pain relief, the practice also incorporates specialized holistic modalities, including vagus nerve stimulation, neurofeedback, Chinese herbal medicine, and Ayurvedic skincare, maintaining an emphasis on personalized care in a comfortable, relaxing setting.
