Operating from the ground floor of the Los Angeles Apparel Mart Building, the studio has spent 18 years serving its Downtown community with an eclectic, communal ethos. The schedule ranges well beyond standard practice, incorporating music, teacher training, community ceremonies, retreats, and pole dancing. Up on the roof, sessions gather beneath a landmark big Buddha statue, extending the venue's temple-style environment where shoes are left at the door.
