Description
PDX Sliders grew out of a Sellwood-Moreland food cart in 2014 before expanding into brick-and-mortar locations. The menu spans beef, pork, chicken, and vegetarian sliders served on brioche or ciabatta buns, with recipes taking their names from Portland neighborhoods as well as its bridges.
