Description
Owned by the City of Irving and maintained by the Las Colinas Association, the gated park keeps one group of play pens open year-round while resting sections undergo hole repairs from heavy use. Some visitors note muddy spots after rain. Inside the fenced runs, specific age limits apply: children under age three are not allowed, and anyone 12 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
