Pauoa Flats Trail Bench

Hikers reach the bench via several connected approaches, with routes branching from the Manoa Falls Trail, the Judd Trail, or the Tantalus side. The climb works uphill along switchbacks and through bamboo groves, growing slick and muddy near the crest where exposed roots and rock scrambles demand careful footing. At the maintained trail's official endpoint, the dense forest cover breaks open to cool breezes and a tranquil resting spot.
