Description
Paul Lubertazzi launched the business in 1984 on Marietta Square as a restaurant and catering operation, where customer requests for whole chicken pot pies to take home steadily overtook the salads and sandwiches. By 2011, that demand led him to drop the broader menu to focus solely on pies. Today, the setup leaves behind the traditional sit-down format: across its Cobb County locations, there are no dining tables or catering menus in sight.
