Pasta Mia grew out of the chef’s lifelong passion for cooking and his wife Carola’s initiative to bring authentic Italian traditions abroad. The cooking draws from traditional Marche family recipes that were subsequently refined across restaurants in Milan. Beyond freshly prepared pasta, the kitchen offers appetizers and salads paired with the wine bar format.
