Founded by owner and executive chef Pasara, the kitchen has built on more than two decades in the region since starting in Alexandria. Meals unfold amid traditional hand-crafted decor, where the cooking relies on high-quality oils and distinct aromatics like lemon grass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Alongside the regular lineup, the kitchen introduces monthly seasonal specials, while the broader menu accommodates different preferences with mild to hot spice levels and vegetarian options.
