Description

Founded in April 1940 as the Pasadena Model Railroad Club, the institution relocated to Los Angeles decades ago while keeping its historic name. Its 70-by-72-foot layout draws praise for its fine detail and the friendly, knowledgeable operators who run the tracks. The museum opens to the public on a quarterly basis and welcomes prospective members regardless of skill level or modeling experience.
