Founded during the pandemic in 2021 by creative director Mallory Valvano, Party Girl began as a bake club rooted in connecting people through food. Run alongside director of operations Daniel Daley, the team operates as a full-service caterer serving clients throughout Philadelphia and beyond. Custom work extends to full dining experiences, staging structural grazing spreads, 5-course seated dinners, and reimagined desserts designed to blur culinary art with hospitality.
