Park de la Cruz Recreation Center

Completed in April 2020 to serve the broader Mid-City area, the facility blends dedicated sports spaces with open neighborhood connections. Landscape improvements linked greenspace to Cherokee Point Park, establishing an interconnected green corridor accented with shade trees and accessible pathways. Alongside the indoor and outdoor athletic facilities, the grounds provide picnic shelters, a solar canopy, sports lighting, and drinking fountains, leaving plenty of room to gather or rest between games.
