An intact Victorian Italianate residence filled with a century of original family heirlooms, art, and historic gardens.
Description

Built in 1868–1869 for physician and former Oakland mayor Enoch Pardee, the downtown estate stayed in the same family until 1981. The property preserves an 1868 coach house alongside personal artifacts, documenting upper-class life in 19th- and 20th-century California through more than a century of continuous occupancy.
