Los Angeles's oldest grand movie palace pairs 1910 French Renaissance design with vaudeville-era terra cotta detailing.
Description

First opening on South Broadway as the Orpheum Theatre, the venue was conceived by architects G. Albert Lansburgh and Morgan Walls. Past the entrance, a gold-leaf trimmed lobby leads directly into the historic auditorium. Today, managed as part of the Broadway Theatre Group, the space functions as a versatile stage for concerts, live performances, and location filming.
