Palace Kitchen was the first of Tom Douglas’s restaurants to lean luxurious, anchored by artist Jennifer Carrasco’s enormous 30x6 foot gold-framed mural of 17th-century palace staff celebrating after an upstairs banquet. The menu pairs cocktails with dishes ranging from olive poppers and zucchini leek fritters to lake trout and an eight-ounce chuck burger.
