Luigi founded Paisans in 1985 in a small Cicero corner store, starting out with just a household kitchen oven. While pizza remains the foundation, the kitchen also turns out pasta, sandwiches, and salads, supported by daily specials. The family-oriented restaurant also handles catering and private event hosting.
