Started in 2021 as a food truck by brothers Paco and Hosea, this brick-and-mortar spot rooted in Grove Park combines local community initiatives with family-crafted street recipes. Inside, the counter atmosphere runs on great music and easy conversation. Alongside its birria, the kitchen prepares black-bean veggie tacos that adapt easily for vegans, best finished with spicy guacamole sauce or mild avocado salsa.
