A 60-foot silver screen and 12,000 watts of sound bring towering, immersive cinema to the Pacific Science Center.
Description
First installed with film in 1979 before converting to digital in 2011, the theater's 37-foot-tall presentation is equipped for 3D alongside 5.1 surround sound. Moviegoers seek out the auditorium for scale and immersion, though visitor feedback notes that parking and venue coordination can sometimes be tricky.
