Description
Translating as "Faces of Light," P’nai Or was founded in 1991 by Rabbi Aryeh Hirschfield and is affiliated with Aleph: The Jewish Renewal Movement. Study and spiritual practice draw from Torah, Kabbalah, and Chassidic teachings alongside Jewish and non-Jewish contemporary sources. Grounded in seeing the Divine reflected in everyone, the congregation intentionally embraces LGBTQ+, interfaith, Jews by birth, and Jews by choice.
