Before opening in 2019, the space operated as a Bohemian bar and underground bookie joint, reflecting the neighborhood's early-1900s Czech immigrant roots. Osito’s Tap weaves that legacy into a modern Latinx room dedicated to craft spirits, beer, and deep tequila knowledge behind the bar. The kitchen balances the pours with a fresh, health-conscious menu of small bites, including mini chimichangas served with poblano ranch.
