Osage Station Park
4.8 (795)park
This 35-acre Danville park pairs a memorial rose garden and train-themed playground with its namesake historic trees.
Description

Named after a ranch that once grew Osage Oranges, the grounds still preserve three Osage Orange trees from that past. Active recreation claims much of the remaining space, laid out with four tennis courts, four baseball diamonds, and several soccer fields looped by a perimeter path. Near the play area, gatherings cluster around twenty picnic tables and five barbecue pits, backed by well-maintained grounds with generous breathing room for sports and downtime.
