Description

Conceived by chef Rick Di Virgilio as an evolution of his 2006 Houston wine cafe, Ōporto functions as an all-day neighborhood cafe, cocktail bar, and restaurant. The kitchen draws on Portuguese traditions and global culinary connections, featuring plates such as scallop risotto alongside a Portuguese paella layered with cod, chorizo, mussels, and shrimp. The menu also covers polvo com batatas, squid fried rice, and lamb ribs, rooted in Portugal while shaped by Houston.
