Denver Pavilions turns a stretch of the 16th Street Mall into a choose your own afternoon. Local shops and eateries share the complex with bowling, an arcade, and 4DX cinema. Start with a browse, settle on something to eat, and leave room for an activity after the shopping bags are packed.
The route runs through multilevel outdoor walkways, with modern and older downtown architecture around the concourses. I Heart Denver adds a souvenir stop, while the Museum for Black Girls brings a cultural detour into the same complex. A prominent Denver Pavilions sign marks the complex among the downtown buildings. At 500 16th St Mall, this is an outing built around several kinds of stops rather than a single counter.
The complex opens Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM.
