Onyx Performance Lab

Individualized training programs here are built from objective test results, utilizing laser sprint timing gates, metabolic testing, velocity-based training, and 3D motion capture. The facility also functions as an active research site for the University of Miami and Florida International University, serving youth athletes, competitive high-school-to-pro athletes, and adults looking for general fitness. Inside, the space maintains a clean, laid-back atmosphere that avoids feeling overcrowded, centered on direct one-on-one coaching.
