Led by Chef Ray Skradzinski and Executive Sushi Chef Mingmin Lin, the kitchen centers on a menu built for sharing. Hot plates range from five-spice char siu ribs and pork belly bao to wok-charred noodles, transitioning into riceless specialty rolls and cuts of yellowtail, tuna, and snapper prepared to order. Behind the bar, the lineup features Japanese sake, whisky, and soju, while seating flows past the sushi counter toward a covered patio tucked just off Inwood Road.
