On the Rocks Cocktails

Behind an unassuming streetfront that is easy to misjudge, the room opens into a local hangout just slightly larger than a classic hole-in-the-wall. Inside, the floor plan fits two pool tables, bar seating, a small dance floor, and a small stage alongside screens tuned to Padres games. Drinks are the sole focus—there is no food served—leaving the space centered on reasonably priced mixed drinks and unhurried neighborhood conversation.
