On the Grind Cafe

Sisters Wesleine and Dete spent two decades working in American coffee shops after growing up in their family's restaurant in Brazil. At On the Grind Cafe, their counter pairs specialty espresso and coconut-vanilla cold brew with unconventional spreads, notably coconut toasted bagels with pineapple cream cheese and garlic-herb everything bagels. The kitchen also turns out hearty staples, from sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches to crisp turkey clubs, in a snug space decorated with local Salem flair.
