Before taking its current form, the space began as The Mictlan Mexican Vegetarian Cuisine before the founding family restructured the project around wellness, prompted by their young son's nutritional diagnosis. Today, the whole family works under one roof, balancing comforting heritage flavors with deliberate nourishment. Beside the house coffee, the drinks bar incorporates Reishi, Chaga, and lion's mane mushrooms as well as steeped rose tea, while the bakery case offers avocado toast and gluten-free chocolate and coffee cake muffins in a relaxed, easygoing setting.
