Oly's Pizza

Owners Jim and Nell Fisher named the shop after their first rescue dog, adopted after a trip to the Olympia brewery—the first of many animals they fostered across their food industry careers. The indoor room is compact, with limited seating inside offset by generous space out on the patio. Beyond slices, the kitchen turns out whole pies alongside made-to-order appetizers and fresh salads, with beer and wine poured whether dining in or waiting for an order.
