Decades of steady neighborhood use led to periodic updates through the late 1990s, followed by a major accessibility renovation starting in 2024. Beyond the canopy-sheltered gathering spots, the grounds offer ample open space to spread out, though visitors note that uneven turf in open areas and worn court surfaces occasionally show maintenance needs.
