Old Sugar Mill Brand Waialua Coffee

Run by Bill and Reba Martin since 1991, the family-run shop sits steps away from the working Waialua Coffee & Chocolate Mill. Just out the back door, short walks lead visitors to see coffee and cacao trees and observe the milling process in action. Inside, the spread expands into a wide pantry of regional goods—including macadamia nuts, fruit jams, honey, ube crinkle cookies, and natural shave ice—paired with samples of nearly all the island-made food products on the shelves.
