Started by Joe Sundberg and Rachel Johnson inside restaurant staple Manolin in December 2020, the venture quickly took over the entire space before adding a second location in Ballard in late 2023. The counter rounds out the lineup with fresh cream cheeses, hand-crafted espresso, and wild fish locally sourced by Northwest Bounty.
