Ohana Kakoo Resource Center

Operated by Hale Naʻau Pono (Waiʻanae Coast Community Mental Health Center), the center provides practical gathering space for neighborhood trainings, workshops, and civic functions. Rooms are scaled for groups of 2 to 50 people, equipped with big screens and air-conditioned conference spaces. It also supports local cultural transmission through offerings like Tūtū classes centered on ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi and hīmeni. The setting is functional and community-focused, with refurbished spaces alongside areas that show their age.
